Grade A means light or no cosmetic wear with full-health components. Grade B means light cosmetic marks with fully working components. Grade C means visible cosmetic wear but fully tested and functional. Every grade is disclosed with photos before you buy.
A standard 12 month warranty covers refurbished laptops and office PCs (laptops can be upgraded to a 3 year warranty), and refurbished gaming PCs carry a 3 month warranty. Everything is backed locally at our South Wales workshop, not a returns address on the other side of the country.
Yes. We offer bulk pricing and fleet refresh packages for schools, care homes and offices replacing multiple devices at once, including imaging and asset tagging.
Yes. We accept trade-ins and handle secure data wiping as part of the process.
